Company Accounts

The objective of Company accounts is to familiarize the students in respect of various legal provisions for preparation and presentation as per Indian Companies Act,1956 and the prevailing accounting standards.

Components

The course prescribed for the subject of Accountancy includes company accounts and same topics of recent development. In case of theoretical discussion, we have taken great care to incorporate the latest provisions of companies act.

Especially in case of guidelines on buy-back shares, employee stock option scheme, issue of bonus shares, we have followed the guidelines issued by SEBI in 2000.  

Objective

We have tried to discuss the said topics in a simple language. Review exercises at the end of each chapter.We hope this would help the students in their preparations for examinations.
