The book financial accounting is a divided into four sections. Topics such as partnership account and company accounts are discussed along with Issue of forfeiture of share and alteration of share capital.

Components

The book Financial accounting is divided into four units which are:

• Distribution of Cash in case of Dissolution of a partnership
• The issue of Forfeiture of shares (pro-rata)
• Alteration of share capital i.e redemption of redeemable pref. shares and Issue of bonus shares.
• Company Final Accounts as per Schedule-III of the companies act,2013.

Objectives
