We are pleased to put the book of Strategic management which is specially designed as per Gujarat University T.Y.BBA course. However, the presentation is such that it can be used for other courses like M.Com, M.B.A, and other professional coursed like C.A, ICWA, C.S and CFA.

 

Components

The course is divided into four parts and each unit is divided into two parts and thus the entire syllabus is covered in eight chapters. Ample illustrative explanations of the strategies followed by Indian and multinational companies make the study relevant.

Levels, Mission and Vision of strategic management along with Strategy formulation and its Integration and Diversification are in the book.

 

Objectives

The objective of the introduction of such an important subject at BBA level is to extend the frontiers of the understanding of the participants is to develop a feeling about an environment under which the organisation operates.

We have tried to discuss the said topics in a simple language. Review exercises at the end of each chapter. We hope this would help the students in their preparations for examinations.
